Among an ecologic reserve is El Santuario, Settlement where the owners involve with environment protection, to whom is vital to live within harmony and respect to the Pacha Mama, the mother earth that welcome them among scents and colors, animals and vegetation. The biodiversity that beyond being the environment, constitutes the central element of his way and quality of life, must be respected yearningly by who inhabit it.

El Santuario is a superb option for those who wish to construct them selves a space submitted to the weekend rest or for always, given the quality of life that you can obtain and offer to your family in the middle of forest’s quiet and tranquility, vegetation and beneficent energy that flow from the quartz mountain.

The lots in this settlement unique in its type have an average length of 1.200 square meters. All of them have a privileged location that allows admiring the valley and the lake from anyone of its points.

Despite its location at the mountain, apparently far from the most comfortable urbanizations, the settlement has all the services and facilities of the modern life, but always keeping a rustic air, like the streets made of artisan stone.

The first stage urbanizations from El Santuario settlement is practically over and the second is about to start. The settlement development on this land was authorized according to the resolution of the state executive’s entitled from Estado de México, published november 18 of 1992 at Diario Oficial.
